Terms of sale

These terms cover buying and getting keys for Ghost apps from Ghostavix (ghostavix.co.uk). Questions? Email hello@ghostavix.co.uk.

Paid keys

A Paid key costs £5, once. It unlocks every Ghost app that Ghost Hub offers to Paid keys, with their updates and any new apps added later.
A key works on one phone: the first one that enters it. If you change phones, email us and we'll help.
Your key appears in your account and is emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Free keys

Watching one ad to the end gets you a Free key for 30 days. It unlocks 2 apps you pick in Ghost Hub (not Ghost GPS), and your picks can't be changed.
When 3 or fewer days are left, you can watch another ad to get another 30 days.

Paying

Crypto: send the exact amount shown to the address shown, within the time shown. The exact amount is how your payment is matched to you. If you send a different amount, it can't be matched automatically, so email us with your order reference.
Bank transfer: send £5 with your order reference. These are checked by hand, usually within a day or two.
You need an account to buy, and you must be allowed to use the money or crypto you pay with.

Cancelling and refunds

A key is digital content. When you buy, you ask for it straight away and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the key has been sent. If something goes wrong, for example you paid but got no key, or you paid twice, email us with your order reference and we'll put it right or give your money back.

Using keys fairly

Keys are for you and your phone. We may cancel keys that are shared, resold or used to get round how keys work, and close accounts that abuse the Free key system.

The apps

We work hard to keep Ghost apps working and updated, but they're provided as they are, and features can change. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms on this page when you bought your key are the ones that apply to that purchase.
